Turkish Ambassador to Cameroon received by MINSEP

The Minister of Sports and Physical Education, Professor Narcisse MOUELLE KOMBI, granted an audience this Thursday, 28th July 2020 in his Cabinet to Mrs. AYSE SARAC, Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey in Cameroon. Their discussion was centered on the exciting and fruitful cooperation that exists between Cameroon and Turkey, principally in the domain of sports and physical education.

The two personalities spoked about the construction of the prestigious Japoma Sports Complex, built by the Turkish Company YENIGUN , a strong symbol of this fruitful cooperation between the two countries.

The Ambassador expressed her satisfaction over the the contribution of her country in the vast project of granting Cameroon with sports infrastructure of international standard. According to her, the Japoma Sports Complex , will help Turkey confirm its know how in Africa mainly in the domain of sports facilities construction.

The Minister and the Turkish Ambassador also discussed on the modalities pertaining the reception of the Sports Complex as well as its maintenance.

At the end of their discussions, the Minister expressed the gratitude of the Cameroonian Government to her guest, for the respect of datelines in the construction of this infrastructure which is without no doubt, one more achievement
to put in credit of the policy of " Great Opportunities" lauded by the President of the Republic, His Excellency Paul BIYA.
