The resumption of phycal and sporting activities nationwide is, with effect from the date of signature of this circular, authorized.

The said activities must be carried out in compliance with the COVID response and preventive measures prescribed by the Government.

Henceforth and until further notice, in accordance with the directives of the Prime Minister, head of Government, contained in Circular No.B70 /d-32/SG/PM of 29 September 2020, the number of participants (athletes, officials, spectators where applicable) shall not exceed 200 (two hundred) for any sporting event to be Organized.

Presidents of national civilian sports federations and other sports associations will also ensure compliance with the specific protocols drawn up by their international governing bodies, for a safe resumption of sporting activities.

The implementation of this circular, which is of the utmost importance, repeals any previous provisions repugnant hereto, in particular those of Circular No.20/005 MINSEP/CAB of 19 March 2020/-
